Julian Allen (Proprietor)

Founded the Oxfordshire Branch in 2004 and takes an active part in the day-to-day running of the business. Julian's background is as an Accountant/Commercial Director within several companies over more than 25 years from SMEs to PLCs. Within these roles he recruited staff for many different positions and therefore has an understanding of what clients are looking for.

Julian is married and enjoys good food, theatre, travel and spectator sports.

Kyley Dickinson (Recruitment Consultant)

Kyley is JNF Employment's First Full Time Employee.

Kyley has a lively and mischievous personality which brightens up the office each day. With several years experience in Sales and Marketing, a ILEX ( Legal Secretary) certificate and an enjoyment of meeting new people Kyley felt that Recruitment was the perfect opportunity to combine these skills.

Kyley rarely has any free time as she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is currently getting into running along side going to the gym on a daily basis. (due to a fruit and chocolate diet!!)
