Candidate Registration Appointment

In order to complete the registration process, we need to have a short meeting which will normally take about 20-30 minutes. This meeting will have to take place prior to any interview or placement. We will send you an appointment. At this meeting due to Government Guidelines we need to take and verify a couple of personal items.

For all applicants you will need to produce

1. 1 Item of address related evidence e.g. Utility Bill or Bank Statement containing name and evidence of your residential address which must be less than 8 weeks old.
2. Photographic Evidence such as a Passport/UK Style Drivers Licence. In the event of no such evidence been available then, either your full birth certificate or a Visa issued by the immigration department. If applicable we will also require copies of any work permits.
3. Proof of National Insurance Number e.g. NI Card or Current Wage Slip.
4. Evidence of qualifications. (Appropriate to position applied for).

If not on your CV you will also need to provide

Name, Address, Telephone Number and e-mail (if available) for 2 professional referees which should ideally be your last 2 employers. (In the event that you are unable to provide professional references, character references will be accepted).

Note: Professional references will be followed up now, unless requested not to do so by you

For Temporary and Temp to Permanent positions please also have available

1. Bank details in which you would pay your wages/salary.
2. A P45 from your previous employment - providing you have worked since 6th April. If this is not yet in your possession, please pass to us upon receipt, to enable to put you on the correct tax code.

In the event that you apply for a position that involves working with vulnerable adults and/or children, we will need to carry out additional checks and these will be discussed with you at our appointment.
